I recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming hotel in a lovely area. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a warm welcome and friendly advice on local attractions and dining options. The hotel itself exuded a delightful atmosphere with its traditional beams and wooden panelling adorned with books and artefacts from different parts of the world. My room was spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated, offering a beautiful view. I appreciated the thoughtful touches such as a bottle of water and glass by the bed, as well as a spare blanket in the cupboard. The bathroom was spacious and the shower was large, with luxurious towels and delightful smelling handwash and hair/body shampoo provided. The owners and cleaner were exceptionally helpful throughout my stay, making it a truly great experience. In the morning, I enjoyed a freshly cooked breakfast that rounded off my delightful 24 hours. I would highly recommend this hotel for its style, substance, and welcoming atmosphere.

We had an amazing stay at Moda House! the room was spacious and beautifully furnished, complete with a comfy Chesterfield sofa. the owners were incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. Plus, the breakfast was delicious and the staff provided great advice for our stay. We would definitely choose Moda House again. Cons: Everything was fantastic! 😊.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

As a disabled traveler, I was thrilled to find that The Moda House had excellent accessibility features. The room was spacious and easy to navigate, with a modern bathroom that had a large double shower and a convenient waterfall shower head. The bed was super king-sized and incredibly comfortable, perfect for a good night's sleep. The staff at the hotel were friendly and accommodating, making sure that I had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. Additionally, the location of the hotel was excellent, with a number of good places to eat and drink within walking distance.

The hotel was located close to the high street and it was easy to find. The room was tastefully decorated and had a cozy atmosphere. The bed was comfortable and there were tea and coffee making facilities provided, which was a nice touch. The breakfast had a good selection of food, including fruit and cereals. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable.

The shower was not up to standard, as it was too small and the water was not hot enough. the room was quite noisy and we were disturbed by the sound of traffic outside.

It’s conveniently situated near all the local pubs and restaurants, with plenty of options to choose from. the rooms are stylishly decorated and come with all the necessary amenities. the bathrooms are also modern and well-maintained. You'll love waking up to the delicious breakfast, which is made with local ingredients.

I recently stayed at Moda House for a few nights for leisure purposes. The location was perfect, right in the center of town. The sitting room on the ground floor was a pleasant space with interesting decorations from Africa and Arabia. The room itself was spacious and filled with natural light. The bed was very comfortable and there was plenty of tea and coffee provided. a great experience.

Spent Easter at this charming hotel and had a lovely time. the location was key - right in the heart of the town, with plenty of restaurants and pubs to choose from. Our room was big and comfy, with interesting art and ornate features. the power shower was excellent and the breakfasts were always locally-sourced and tasty.

Owners friendly, welcoming. Amazing room, lovely decor, corner oval bath. Lots of tea/coffee and milk. Owner checked if warm enough, said would heat later. Always fully booked, worth the wait. Good breakfast choices, well cooked. Helpful waitress. Thank you.
